So I've been on break and one thing I noticed is that almost instantly, my sleep schedule got super messed up. What is it about being on break that compels me to completely screw my schedule? Maybe it's just because I spend a lot of time doing things that I like and lose track of time? I don't know. I hope I can fix it before school starts again, as it would be unfortunate to be waking up at 3am and sleeping at 5pm when school starts.
